Privacy Policy

Section 504(a) of Public Law 106-102, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, requires financial institutions, including persons such as accountants and tax preparers, who provide a financial product or service to individuals for personal use to give notice to consumers about the institutions' policy for disclosing nonpublic information to third parties. The Act requires notice be given to existing clients no later than July 1, 2001. Notice must be given to new clients when the client relationship begins.

I do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about my former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law.

I do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about my clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law and as necessary to file tax returns through commercial service providers authorized to process tax information for taxing authorities. Certain pages on my web site may contain links to third party web sites. Service providers and those third parties linked from my web site have their own privacy policy, which may not be the same as mine and for which I am not responsible. Clients should review these policies separately.

Confidentiality and Security

I restrict access to nonpublic personal information about my clients to my employees and third party providers who need to know that information to provide products or services to my clients. All client information is held in strictest confidentiality. I do not not sell, trade, share or barter client personal information.

I maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard my clients' nonpublic personal information.
